with the win in dallas, the skinskins are now 1-1 in their division. they have 4 more games in their division this season, 3 of which are at home. if they win 2 out of those 3 division home games, they will make the playoffs. 3-3 in the NFC East will almost certainly be good enough. the eagles game next weekend may be a truer test of how good they are than yesterday’s dallas game. dallas looked unmotivated at times. the eagles will be motivated, coming off a loss to the bears. jason campbell may already be a better QB than mcnabb. mcnabb has always been inconsistent with respect to accuracy. campbell is accurate and moves at least as well as mcnabb. dallas got pretty good pressure on campbell and yet he didn’t throw a bad pass all day long. meanwhile, the skinskins got very little pressure on romo and somehow still managed to win. dallas had the ball for only 2 mins 12 seconds in the 4th quarter. I’m watching this palin couric interview on cbsnews.com. totally embarrassing. she doesn’t seem qualified to be an elementary school principal, much less, uh. no offense to elementary school principals. wow, I’m really stunned at how bad it is. “…one in five jobs being created, uh, in the trade sector…” Filed under: Uncategorized Comments: If you say so |

instead of the gov’t spending 700 billion to buy all these bad mortgages, I think sarah palin should break them up into lots of 2 billion dollars each and put them on ebay. start the bidding for each lot at 1 billion dollars. either that or the state of alaska can buy all of them and then succeed from the union. Both VA and NC now look closer than either OH or FL. There are several scenarios where Obama could win without OH or FL. Obama very likely will be Prez if he wins Minnesota, Pennsylvania and any one of the following: VA, NC, NH, IN, NV. That’s assuming an Obama win in Colorado, which seems likely. He has been at 50% or better in the last four Colorado polls. Filed under: Uncategorized Comments: If you say so |

I wonder if I’ll ever feel totally different than this. got me. I think if there were an announcement that it was doomsday and the world was going to end sometime this afternoon, people would be like awww shit not doomsday, anything but that. I think I would want to play tennis. I don’t think I would want to “be with people” and “say all the things I hadn’t said,” etc. actually I might want to be with people and have an impromptu potluck cookout and drink beer. I haven’t walked around and listened to popular music very much at all lately. Filed under: Uncategorized Comments: 2 Comments |
